  1. Heat a pan and put 2 to 3 tea spoon pure ghee in it.
  2. Now add 2 Bowl grated wet coconut, one forth bowl of grated ginger,
  3. one and half bowl of Pitambari Ruchiyana Jaggery Powder, one forth bowl of sesame seeds / til and keep on stirring until turns golden brown.
  4. Now grease the tray and pour the mixture into the tray.
  5. Mark with knife for making wadi or barfi. Allow it to cool down.
  6. Tasty Coconut Ginger Jaggery Wadi / Barfi ready to eat.
