  1. Grind boiled corn in a thick form (coarse form).
  2. Add grated ginger, fine chopped garlic, fine chopped coriander, Pudina leaves, Pitambari Ruchiyana Turmeric Powder,
  3. Pitambari Ruchiyana Garam Masala Powder, Coriander – Cumin Powder, Salt to Taste and Pitambari Ruchiyana Red Chilli Powder in it and mix well.
  4. Now add Boiled Smashed potatoes and Oats powder in it and mix it well. In other bowl cut cheese cubes in small size.
  5. Now make ball of Potato and Corn mixture and fill it with cheese cube and shape a Tikki. Dust Tikki in cornflour.
  6. Heat the pan and put little Pitambari Arishakti Rice Bran Oil and Shallow fry ready tikkis in oil.
  7. Serve hot with Green Chutney or Tomato Ketchup.
