  1. Heat a pan, add half bowl of pure ghee and roast
  2. 1 Bowl of broken wheat / Lapsi / Dalia until golden brown.
  3. Take another pan and boil 4 to 5 bowls of water.
  4. Now add broken wheat / Lapsi / Dalia mixture in the boiled water.
  5. Allow the mixture to steam well. Keep on stirring the mixture.
  6. Now add one and half bowl Pitambari Ruchiyana Grated Jaggery in the mixture and stir well. Allow grated jaggery to mix well and steam well.
  7. Add 2 pinch of Cardamom / Elaichi Powder and Almond – Pasta Powder.
  8. Delicious and healthy Jaggery Lapsi Sheera ready to serve.
