Shakkarpara is a snack which is everyones favourite. Now enjoy the home-made Shakkarpara at home.



  1. Boil Three Forth Bowl of water and add Pitambari Ruchiyana Jaggery Powder in it. Allow Jaggery Powder to mix well with water.
  2. Now add Half Bowl of pure melted ghee in the Jaggery syrup.
  3. Allow the Jaggery and ghee mixture to cool down.
  4. Now start adding Wheat Atta into the water and make dough with it. (Avoid very hard dough and make a dough medium soft).
  5. Now knead the small portion of dough properly and
  6. Roll and flatten it with Rolling pin.
  7. Cut into the medium size square pieces.
  8. Heat Pitambari Arishakti Rice Bran Oil.
  9. Now deep fry these square pieces on low flame until it turns to golden brown.
  10. Allow cooling these Shankarpali / Shakkarpara.
  11. Crispy Shankarpali / Shakkarpara ready to eat.
