  1. Wash and Soak Rice /Tandul, Udad Dal, Chana Dal and Methi Dana separately for 8 Hours.
  2. After 8 Hours drain, grind and make thick fine batter of Rice, Udad–Chana Dal & Methi Dana.
  3. Now keep this batter aside for 3 hours for fermentation.
  4. After 3 hours in this fermented batter add quarter Tea spoon Turmeric Powder and Salt for taste.
  5. Heat a Tawa. Apply Desi Ghee on it and make thick pancake.
  6. Roast this pancake from both the sides until turns golden brown.
  7. Grind green coconut and make a thick coconut milk.
  8. Heat a pan and boil coconut milk and add 2 to 3 Table Spoon Pitambari Ruchiyana Jaggery Powder in it and make it boil.
  9. Now add Quarter Tea Spoon of Elaichi & Jaiphal Powder and pinch of salt.
  10. Stir this sweet mixture properly. (Sweet Coconut Milk is ready).
  11. Take a serving plate. Place a Pancake in it. Pour Sweet Coconut milk on it and decorate it with Dry Rose Petals and some crushed Kaju Badam.
  12. Khaproli ready to serve.
