Heat Pitambari Arishakti Rice Bran oil in a pan, Add Onion, Corn, Pitambari Ruchiyana Pavbhaji Masala and stir it well.
When this mixture gets dry, add fine chopped potatoes and salt to taste, Add Coriander and Lime Juice.
Cut the bread from the middle (Don’t make two pieces.)
Apply butter on the bread from inside & roast it.
Stuff the mixture into the bread, apply Sweet and Spicy Chutney.
Also stuff little Nylon Shev and fine chopped Onion and Press the Bread gently.
Now apply butter from outside the bread and roast well.
Masala Pav ready to serve.
For Pudina Chutney (Spicy)-Grind well Green Chillies, Pudina Leaves, Green Coriander, Cumin Seeds, Black & Rock Salt and make a thick paste.
Now in this paste add Shev or Bhavnagri, Salt to Taste, water and again make a thick paste.
Spicy Green Chutney is ready.
For Dates Chutney (Sweet)- Grind well Dates (Seedless), Black kishmish (Raisins), Cumin Seeds,
Tamarind (Seedless), Pitambari Ruchiyana Jaggery Powder,
Pitambari Ruchiyana Red Chilli Powder, Black and Rock Salt Powder,
Salt, Water and make a thick paste of it.
Sweet Chutney is ready.
