  1. Heat a pan and add Two Table spoon Pitambari Arishakti Rice Bran Oil. Add Half Tea spoon Asafoetida, One Tea Spoon Ginger Paste,
  2. One Tea Spoon Garlic Paste and fry it well. Now add One bowl of boiled and smashed Cauliflower and Three Tea Spoon Pitambari Ruchiyana Pavbhaji Masala and mix it well.
  3. Cover the pan with Lid. Allow the vegetable to mix well and cook well.
  4. As the vegetable became soft and dry, add Two Tea Spoon Dhane Jeera Powder,
  5. Half Tea Spoon Amchur (Dry Mango) Powder,
  6. Half Bowl Chopped Coriander, Two to Three boiled Potatoes (Peeled and grated), Salt as per taste and mix the vegetable well. Switch off the flame and allow vegetable to cool down.
  7. Take a bowl and add One Bowl Whole Wheat Atta,
  8. Two Table spoon Pitambari Arishakti Rice Bran Oil and pinch of Salt to taste and by using water make a dough of it.
  9. Take two small portion of dough and make two chapattis separately.
  10. Now take One chapatti and evenly spread vegetable on it.
  11. Take other chapatti the cover it and seal all sides properly of both chapaties filled with vegetables and make stuffed Paratha ready to roast.
  12. Heat the Tawa and roast Pavbhaji Masala Vegetable Paratha by using oil. Serve Hot
  13. Pavbhaji Masala Vegetable Paratha with Tomato Ketchup or Chutney.
