  1. Heat One tea spoon Desi ghee and roast one bowl of grated Lal Bhopla and allow it to
  2. cook well until Lal Bhopla become soft.
  3. Add one forth bowl of Mawa and one bowl of Pitambari Ruchiyana Jaggery Dhep
  4. (chopped) and mix it well until jaggery dissolve and mixture will became dry.
  5. Now add one forth bowl oats powder, one forth bowl roasted chana powder,
  6. 1 tea spoon nutmeg powder and stir it well.
  7. Switch of the flame and allow the mixture to cool down.
  8. Take mixing bowl and add one bowl of Maida or Wheat flour, salt to taste and 2 Table
  9. spoon Pitambari Ruchiyana Arishakti Rice Bran Oil and make dough by adding water
  10. and keep the dough aside for 2 to 3 hours.
  11. After 2 to 3 hours take small portion of dough and shape it like bowl and
  12. fill the Lal Bhopla and Jaggery mixture in it. Seal it properly and flatten like Chapati.
  13. Roast it well from both the side and apply desi ghee while roasting.
  14. Lal Bhopla (Red Pumpkin) Puranpoli ready to serve with Desi ghee
