Make Ratalyachi Poli with Sweet potato,Sago flour and Ruchiyana Jaggery Powder.

  1. Take a bowl and mix Sabudana / Sago Flour, peeled and grated Sweet Potato, Pitambari Ruchiyana Jaggery Powder, fine chopped green Chillies, Elaichi Powder, Salt to taste.
  2. Make a dough by using little water (if required).
  3. Dough is ready. Now take a small portion of dough and roll poli (Chapati) of the same.
  4. Heat a Pan or Tawa.
  5. Apply little Pitambari Ruchiyana Arishakti Rice Bran Oil and roast Ratalyachi Poli until turns golden brown from both the sides.
  6. Ratalyachi Poli ready to serve.
