  1. Take a Bowl and mix Grated Potatoes, Beetroot, Cauliflower, Carrot, Ginger Garlic Paste, Garam Masala Powder, Pitambari Ruchiyana Jaggery Powder,
  2. Pitambari Ruchiyana Red Chilli Powder, Pitambari Ruchiyana Turmeric Powder & Salt and make dough of the mixture. Now take small portion of the mixture and shape it as you like (Round shape, Oval shape, Heart shape etc.) and dust it with Dry Bread Crumbs.
  3. Take another bowl and make thick paste of corn flour by adding water.
  4. Dip cutlets in the paste and again dust with dry bread crumbs.
  5. Heat Pitambari Arishakti Rice Bran Oil in a Pan and Deep fry raw veg Cutlets until golden brown. Serve with Chutney or Tomato Ketchup.
