  1. Take 4 Table Spoon Pitambari Ruchiyana Jaggery Powder in a bowl and add 3-4 Table Spoon water to dissolve jaggery powder.
  2. Add 5 Table Spoon Ragi (Nachani) atta, Quarter Tea Spoon Elaichi Powder, Quarter Bowl grated dry coconut, pinch of salt in jaggery water.
  3. Make a dough of jaggery water and Ragi Atta and apply half tea Spoon Desi Ghee on this Atta Mixture.
  4. Keep this mixture aside for 10 minutes.
  5. Take a Small Portion of Sweet Ragi Atta mixture and make Thalipith (Tapping with fingers to flatten Sweet Ragi Atta Mixture).
  6. Heat the Tawa, apply little desi ghee and roast Thalipith from both the sides (If required apply little more desi ghee while roasting Thalipith).
  7. Serve Hot Ragi Thalipith with Pitambari Ruchiyana Lime Sauce.
