2 Cup Raw Mango Pulp (Raw Mangoes washed, peeled and boiled)
6 Cup Pitambari Ruchiyana Jaggery Powder
1 Tea spoon Cardamom (Elaichi) Powder
Half Tea Spoon Salt
10 to 12 Saffron (Kesar)
Wash, Peel off and boil raw mangoes and make pulp of it.
Measure ready pulp and add Pitambari Ruchiyana Jaggery Powder in it and mix well.
Allow to dissolve Pitambari Ruchiyana Jaggery Powder with mango pulp.
Add Saffron, Cardamom (Elaichi) Powder and Salt.
Store this Pulp / Mixture in Airtight Glass Container.
For serving take 4 to 5 Tea Spoon Pulp and add Cold water, Ice Cubes and mix it well.
Chilled Panhe (Raw Mango Juice) ready to serve.
