2 Bowl Basmati Rice
2 Bowl Cauliflower (Medium size chopped)
1 Carrat (diced)
1 Capsicum (diced)
Half Bowl Green Peas (Raw)
1 Medium size Potato (diced)
5 to 6 French Beans (Medium size chopped)
1 Medium size Tomato (diced)
2 Medium size Onions (diced)
3 Tea Spoon Pitambari Ruchiyana Pavbhaji Masala
Half Tea Spoon Pitambari Ruchiyana Red Chilli Powder
2 Tea Spoon Ginger & Garlic (fine chopped)
2 -3 Tejpatta Leaves (Bay leaf)
2 – 3 Dalchini (Cinnamon)
Salt to Taste
3 to 4 Table Spoon Pitambari Arishakti Rice Bran Oil
2 Table Spoon Butter
One forth bowl Green Coriander (fine chopped)
Half Tea Spoon Pitambari Ruchiyana Jaggery Powder
Boil 4 to 5 bowls of water in a pan and as water starts boiling add Dalchini (Cinnamon), Tejpatta Leaves (Bay leaf), salt as per taste, Pitambari Ruchiyana Red Chilli Powder, Pitambari Ruchiyana Pavbhaji Masala, Pitambari Ruchiyana Jaggery Powder.
Now Add Basmati Rice in boiled Masala water.
Also add fine chopped Ginger & Garlic, Raw Green Peas, French Beans, Potato, Carrot, Onion, Cauliflower and mix it well.
Also add Pitambari Arishakti Rice Bran Oil and cover the pan with lid.
When water absorbs in Rice add Capsicum and Tomato and mix it gently.
When Rice cook fully add Green Coriander, butter and serve hot.
