BADAMI Special Recipes



  1. Knead dough of all purpose flour with pinch of salt and keep it aside for 2 to 3 hours.
  2. Roll over medium size poori of the dough and fold it in triangle shape and pin it with clove.
  3. Heat Pitambari Arishakti Rice Bran Oil and deep fry these triangle shaped poori’s in it.
  4. Heat another pan and make jaggery syrup (medium thick) and add Elaichi powder in it.
  5. Coat these fried triangle pooris with jaggery syrup.
  6. Badami ready to serve.
