Grind oats in a mixer & make a powder
Take mixer's big pot and pour oat's powder, wheat flour, banana (peeled & chopped),baking powder, cinnamon powder, 1/2 milk, ruchiyana jaggery powder, a big tbs curd , a pinch of salt
Mix them well & make a smooth paste
Add milk in this paste slowly and make this mixture a bit thin
Now add a big spoon of melted ghee / butter & mix it well
Take a non stick hot pan and grease it with ghee
Now make small small pancakes in that pan
Cook them for a min and do the same process of cooking for another side of the pancakes
Do this process on low flame
Make one by one pancake and serve it with honey or chocolate syrup
