Take a pan and roast sesame seeds and dried coconut pieces in a pan separately
Mix roasted coconut, sesame seeds, ginger, garlic, green chilies, coriander together in a mixer pot and grind it well
Now add Arishakti Rice Bran oil into a kadhai
Add cumin seeds, sesame seeds and grinded mixture to the oil
Mix it well (gravy gets darker in color)
Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, malvani masala and mix it well
Now add drumsticks flat beans, green peas, carrot , green grams, broad beans, brinjal and peanuts to the kadhai
Add tamarind, salt, and Ruchiyana Jaggery powder and mix it well
Add water to this bhaji and cover it with lid and let it cook
Stir occasionally to check the vegetables cooked properly
Serve this Bhogichi Bhaji in a bowl and granish it with sesame seeds
