  1. Pour grated carrot into kadhai
  2. Add milk into it and let it cook for half an hour (stir occasionally)
  3. After the milk is soaked, add malai into it and the mixture well for a few minutes
  4. Now add Ruchiyana Jaggery Powder and mix it well
  5. Also, add cardamom powder , kismis , dry fruits and mix it well for 2-3 mins
  6. Garnish it with dry fruits on top and serve
  7. Your delicious and healthy Gajar Ka Halwa is ready to eat
