Make different variety of healthy Dosa this time.Follow the easy steps and Enjoy Delicious Puran Dosa at home.



  1. For Dosa Batter:-Wash and Soak Rice, Udad & Chana Dal for 8 Hours and grind well.
  2. While grinding these ingredients add 2 Tea Spoon of Methidana in it.
  3. Fermentize this batter for 3 hours.
  4. For Puran Stuffing:-Wash and Soak 1 Bowl Chana Dal for 3 Hours.
  5. Add 3 to 4 Bowls of Water to cook Chana Dal in Pressure Cooker with atleast ten vessels.
  6. Take a pan and evaporate excess water in cooked Chana Dal. Now add 1 Tea Spoon of Desi Ghee in this Chana Dal.
  7. Add One Bowl Pitambari Ruchiyana Jaggery Powder.
  8. When Mixture (Puran) is ready switch off the flame and add Quarter Tea Spoon of Elaichi Powder and pinch of salt.
  9. Grind the Puran well in Mixer Grinder.
  10. Heat a Tawa and make Thin Dosa on it.
  11. Apply layer of Puran and Green Coconut on Dosa and roll it. Apply Desi Ghee on it.
  12. Garnish with Green Coconut, Dryfruit and Rose Petals.
