  1. Heat Desi Ghee in a pan and add Semolina or Rawa in it. Roast the Semolina until golden brown.
  2. Add Pitambari Ruchiyana Jaggery Powder in roasted semolina and mix it well.
  3. When this mixture starts boiling,add grated green coconut in it.
  4. Also add two table spoon milk and mix it well.
  5. Add pinch of salt to balance the taste.
  6. Sweet mixture of Semolina-Jaggery -Coconut is ready. Switch of the flame.
  7. Add Elaichi Powder.
  8. Allow the mixture to cool down.
  9. Now make medium soft dough of wheat flour by using water and milk mixture. Apply Oil on the dough.
  10. Take Small portion of dough and roll it. Fill the sweet mixture in it and roll this sweet Sanjori like Paratha.
  11. Heat Pitambari Arishakti Rice Bran Oil in a Pan and deep fry this Sweet Sanjori.
  12. Sanjori ready to serve.
