Til Dryfruit Modak is a unique and healthy recipe which is prepared with Ruchiyama Jaggery Powder. So healthy and tasty recipe to try at home.



  1. Pour sesame seeds in pan and road them properly
  2. After roasting seeds take them in a plate
  3. Take khoya and roast it untill it becomes a dough
  4. Take roasted esame seeds and grind it well
  5. Mix khoya in grinded sesame
  6. Add powder of almonds cashew nuts and pista to this mixture and mix well
  7. Also add cardamom powder into it
  8. Pour ghee in a pan and add all the mixture and stir it well for few minutes
  9. Now add Ruchiyana Jaggery Powder and mix it well
  10. Pour this cooked mixture into a bowl
  11. Now take a Modak mould and apply some ghee inside it
  12. Fill the mould with that mixture
  13. Til Dryfruit Modak is ready to serve.
