Dink Ladoo Sweet Recipes



  1. Heat the pan and roast dry coconut until golden brown.
  2. Keep it aside to cool down.
  3. Roast Khaskhas (Poppy Seeds) until golden brown and mix it with roasted dry coconut.
  4. Again heat the pan and add ghee
  5. Deep fry Tukda Kaju (Broken Cashew), Tukda Badam (Broken Almond), Kali Manuka (Black Raisins)
  6. Now mix all dry fruits with roasted dry coconut and roasted Khus-khus(Poppy Seeds) mixture.
  7. Now in balance ghee deep fry Dink (Edible Gum).
  8. Dink (Edible Gum) will pop up well after deep frying.
  9. In another pan, boil water and add Pitambari Ruchiyana Jaggery Powder in the water and make a jaggery syrup.
  10. Add Kharik Powder (Dry Dates Powder) and Velchi Jaiphal Powder (Elaichi & Nutmeg Powder) in roasted coconut & dry fruit mixture.
  11. Add Jaggery Syrup in roasted coconut & dry fruit mixture
  12. Immediately bind Dink Ladoo when the mixture is hot.
  13. Dink Ladoo is ready to serve.
