Summer is incomplete without "Kairiche Panhe"(Raw Mangoe Drink). Its an healthy drink which especially made in Summer using Raw Mangoes and Jageery Powder.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Wash, Peel off and boil raw mangoes and make pulp of it.
  2. Measure ready pulp and add Pitambari Ruchiyana Jaggery Powder in it and mix well.
  3. Allow to dissolve Pitambari Ruchiyana Jaggery Powder with mango pulp.
  4. Add Saffron, Cardamom (Elaichi) Powder and Salt.
  5. Store this Pulp / Mixture in Airtight Glass Container.
  6. For serving take 4 to 5 Tea Spoon Pulp and add Cold water, Ice Cubes and mix it well.
  7. Chilled Panhe (Raw Mango Juice) ready to serve.
