  1. Mix one bowl grated Ola Naral (Green Coconut) and one bowl Pitambari Ruchiyana Jaggery Powder and keep it aside for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Heat the pan and roast the coconut and jaggery mixture until jaggery gets dissolved well.
  3. Now add Half Tea Spoon Elaichi Powder and
  4. Almond – Pista Powder in the mixture.
  5. Mix it well and keep aside to cool down.
  6. Take another bowl and make a dough by using
  7. One and a Half bowl Maida, a pinch of salt and one spoon of Pitambari Arishakti Rice Bran Oil.
  8. Keep this dough aside for 10-15 minutes.
  9. After 10-15 minutes take a small portion of dough and flatten it well.
  10. Fill coconut and jaggery mixture in it and seal all the sides well.
  11. Heat Pitambari Arishakti Rice Bran Oil and Deep fry Ola Naral Karanji in it.
  12. Ola Naral Karanji ready to eat.
